Don't forget to read about the wonderful, wild and woolly WOOL WOMAN

Kiwiman

Kiwiman is one of the best known heroic figures in New Zealand Aotearoa and occupies a strange place in its history. Though the origins of Kiwiman are a much debated subject amongst historians and even some Crypto-Zoologists it is fair to say that Kiwman has been a more than familiar figure in the crime fighting scene for the last several decades.
His suit consists of a very paired down jumpsuit, cut above the shoulder and at a nifty sports short level for the legs. His hood or helmet (nobody is quite sure of its function) covers his head and some of his face, it also has a long beak-like projection from the midst of the forehead. Kiwiman wears a domino mask over his eyes, cheeks and lower forehead. The eyes of this mask are white, leading many to believe that they have some technological application and probably enable him to sees in the dark.

STRENGTH: Kiwiman's strength is also a much debated subject but there is little evidence to suggest he is super humanly strong as there is for say, Wool Woman or some of the other S.A.N.Zers. It appears that while definitely very fit, some have said hyper fit, Kiwiman may simply be as strong as his fellow human beings, except in the legs. This is where the stories converge. When employing his powerful thick thigh muscles it has been said that Kiwiman can easily lift a bus from the ground.

POWERS: Kiwiman's powers are suspected to be centered in technological prowess. His Utility Eggs have been defined as unknown quotients by military physicists and no authority on earth has ever been able to obtain one for analysis. His beak is said to be of acute sensitivity in relation to scents, smells and olfactory detection. There has also been some attention drawn to the almost mythical durability and strength of the Kiwiman jumpsuit, with one expert claiming it to be at least bullet proof. The gaining of more evidence on Kiwiman is a constant activity of national and international military concerns and has more than once brought the possibility of international conflict to New Zealand's shores.

Wool Woman

Wool Woman is an heroic figure even amongst the S.A.N.Zers, here is a brief break down of her major attributes:

STRENGTH: Although estimated to have the strength of 10 body builders Wool Woman appears to be of average fitness; She is well known for her great agility also.

POWERS: Sheep Sense; Yarn; Cloven Hoof Fist;

Sheep Sense: It has often been reported that Wool Woman is almost impossible to sneek up on or to snare in traps. This is attributed to her "Sheep Sense", a supernatural instinct.

Yarn: Wool Woman is famous for generating lengths of Yarn at will. She often uses this Yarn to trip adversaries and to tie up captives.

Cloven Hoof Fist: A powerful martial arts move known only to Wool Woman. The technique is much sought after throughout the martial arts world. It is said to be able to crack boulders.

Wool Woman has been described as a quiet companion. She is fiercly protective of her herd; a little seen group of feral sheep that roam the Southland High Country.
